Request to have GIFs on a theme's top screen.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
You know those diagonally moving, rounded squares on the background of a 3DS? Those are a static image on TWiLight Menu. It's not really a problem, but it looks kinda ugly.

Describe the solution you'd like
Essentially the ability to have an animated GIF as the background of a theme. Maybe you could recreate it as a GIF or rip it from the 3DS's NAND.

Not the colored squares that spin in a circle.

cool idea! but I doubt it'll happen. especially since nobody has responded to these type of requests in a while.

The squares do move in the rotating cubes animation in the 3DS light skin, it just doesn't cover the whole top screen. I don't know if it would be feasible to render the animation in fullscreen though, afaik it's capped at 256x144
