TaskbarX seems to break when disconnecting and reconnecting a display, in my case using KVM to switch #1075

Describe the bug
Every time I switch my KVM back to the computer using TaskbarX, the Taskbar gets cut down to the size of my secondary display and won't fully expand back to its original size. The second monitor Taskbar also reverts to original colors and does not recenter. Resolves once I "Apply" in the configurator, use the TaskbarX shortcut, or restart explorer.exe.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have two displays and use TaskbarX
  2. Disconnect one display
  3. Reconnect it

OR

  1. Have two displays
  2. Have a KVM switch setup between two computers
  3. You have only one display switching for the KVM
  4. Switch to your secondary computer on your KVM system (effectively disconnects the main display from the primary)
  5. Switch back to the primary computer running TaskbarX

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is for TaskbarX to recognize the display was reconnected and to expand and update the taskbar correctly.
