Add field for "origin"

When i upload a video from url i want to know, from where i got it.
When i upload a video-file i want to know, what was the original filename.

Describe the solution you would like

Now i paste the Url in the description with "Original: " to the description.
For files i have to cut the automatic subject, paste it to description "Original: .mp4" and have to add the fileextension at the end.

If there would be a field "Original", where the source of uploaded Videos is written automagical, it would be great.
It should be shown in the "metadata-section" below the video.
Maybe a good place is where the original Source from federated videos is shown ("Ursprung" in the german translation) look at the screenshot
