Mobile to web video calling is not working

When i join the call from mobile to web or web to mobile i cant see the mobile user in web and even i cant hear the voice from mobile to web but i can see the web user and its voice in mobile.

which version of sdk are you using? if you are using old version, you will need to call enableWebInteropability

In Android : 3.1.0
In Web : 3.2.3
Still its not working
