Add additional functionalities for in-memory shared databases #93

Thanks to @cridenour the plugin now supports in-memory shared databases (see here).

There are however some missing functionalities that could be worth implementing:

Addition of so-called "named" in-memory shared databases which are necessary when you want multiple distinct in-memory shared databases.
Allowing shared in-memory databases to be opened in read-only mode.
