[Feature Request] Auto update subscriptions when adding them through the url scheme

When importing a subscription through a the url scheme (#1457), it would be nice if the subscription could auto-update itself like many other xray based applications do. I know this is possible through adding the subscription link via the application in the Subscription group setting and enabling the Enable automatic update, but having the convenience of the configs being updated themselves after a while and not having to tell anybody to update their subscriptions because their configs are outdated is much appreciated.

Please add support profile-update-interval subscription response header to read auto update interval from response and enable auto update in subscription group if this header exist

This header future is common in hiddify and v2box and Streisand and other v2ray apps so you most add this option in v2rayng
